We use APC & DHL who offer a next day, before 4pm delivery service.
PLEASE NOTE – THIS IS NOT A REFRIGERATED SERVICE – in times of extreme heat your product may start defrosting. We pack and insulate your order, it leaves us deep frozen. We will not accept responsibility for it defrosting in these circumstances.
Couriers do not “guarantee” next day delivery – in 99.9% of circumstances it is delivered next day, but mistakes and delays to happen. We will not accept responsibility for these delays which are out of our control.
We dispatch orders Mon-Wed for next day deliveries.
Orders received after 9am will be dispatched the following day but no parcels will be dispatched on a Thursday or Friday (unless you have selected the premium service) .
